Vassar College junior Jonah Strand continued to be one of the standout swimmers for the Brewers, as he won both individual swims this week while helping VC's 200 medley relay to a second place finish in a non-conference meet with Montclair State. He started the day individually with a win in the 200 IM, as he was the lone competitor under two minutes, registering a 1:59.97 for the win. He would then win the 100 breaststroke as well, posting a 59.42 to win by over a second. In the 200 medley relay, he swam the breast stroke split in 29.62, as VC finished with a 1:41.15.
