University of Rochester first-year swimmer Monica Jackson was named the Rookie of the Year after winning the 100-fly (:57.47), finishing third in the 100-breaststroke (1:06.78) and 200-breaststroke (2:25.20) and sixth in the 200-IM at the Liberty League Championship meet.
