The Tigers were dominant across the board at the Head of the Genesee Regatta on Saturday, with the varsity eight winning the Men's Collegiate Eight and the Kate Louise Cup for the first time in program history. RIT's varsity eight of Christopher Atras, Tim Frey, Connor Murdock, Doug Moyer, Brian Halbert, Mario Hanna, James Martin, Matt Kehoe, Spencer Gasiorowski stopped the clock at 15:46.36 to claim gold in the Men's Collegiate Eight 18-boat field. The Tigers were 12 seconds ahead of second place Ithaca and the University of Rochester was third.
