Vassar College freshman Tara Edwards was a combined 4-0 on Saturday in wins over Union and Bard. Against the Raptors, Edward played No. 2 singles and picked up a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Amelia Tiemann. That followed an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles earlier in the match. The team then traveled to Union College, where Edwards played No. 1 singles for the first time in her career, knocking off Natalia Pezzuco 2-6, 6-2, 14-12. Edwards also picked up another win at No. 1 doubles against Union, earning an 8-5 win with Shayna Becker.
