Vassar College junior Kate Christensen started her season well in singles action at the Swarthmore Invitational, going 3-0 while not losing a set during the weekend. Christensen started her action Saturday by defeating Emma Kassan of SWAT 7-5, 6-4. Christensen was then rarely tested, defeating Ali Snyder of Division I La Salle 6-1, 6-1, and finished the weekend with a 6-0, 6-2 victory over Julia Gan of Haverford. She also was 2-1 in doubles action over the weekend.
