RIT senior outfielder Amanda Cook hit .526 (10-for-19) with nine runs scored, three doubles, a home run, and seven RBIs to go along with three stolen bases, as RIT clinched its first ever Liberty League playoff berth. She also recorded a .591 on-base percentage and an .842 slugging percentage. Cook went 4-for-8 with a pair of doubles and three runs scored at Fredonia Wednesday. On Thursday, Cook was 4-for-6 with a home run, four RBIs, and four runs scored in a sweep at Medaille. Saturday, Cook hit the crucial go-ahead two-run double and scored in game one of a 3-0 win over St. Lawrence and was singled, scored, and drove in a run in the game two win that clinched a playoff berth.
