Union College junior Noemie Bechu placed first in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.49 in the team's season-opening meet against Hamilton, Albany College of Pharmacy and Mount St. Mary. She was also part of the 4 x 100-meter relay team that placed first in 52.60.
