In two games last week, RPI junior attack Breanainn McNeally led the Engineers to two wins, scoring eight goals with two assists for 10 points. He had 14 shots, 11 of which were on goal (78.6%). Two of his goals were man-up markers and he collected three ground balls. In a 9-6 mid-week win at Plattsburgh State, he led all players with three goals and tied for the game-high of three points. He scored twice in a 31 second span to tie the game (4-4) and give RPI a lead it would not relinquish (5-4). Breanainn added a man-up goal in the third quarter that put the Engineers ahead 9-4. He also had a pair of ground balls. Three days later in a 17-5 win over league foe Vassar, he scored five goals with two assists to lead the way. Breanainn assisted on the first two goals of the game and then scored the next two to give RPI a 4-0 lead. His third goal came with 40 seconds left in the first half to put the Engineers ahead by three goals, 6-3.
