RPI sophomore forward Redon Qello was named tournament MVP of the Tri-State Shootout as the Engineers won the championship, last week. Averaging 15.0 points and 8.5 rebounds, he also picked up three assists and four steals in the two games. Qello netted a team-high 20 points, with eight boards, two assists and three steals in RPI's 98-96 win over MCLA on Friday. He the scored 10 points, with nine rebounds, an assist and a steal in a championship game victory over St. Joseph's (Vt), 107-90.
