Vassar College freshman Sammy Stone took first in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a season-best mark of 10:41.35, over 20 seconds faster than the top finisher from NYU. Stone also swam a season-best 5:12.05 in the 500 free, just under four seconds off the school record.
