RPI junior Richard Dong helped the Engineers to a 2-0 week by compiling 56 points. Of the seven events in which he swam, he was first in five and second in another. In a 194.5-100.5 win over Vassar, Dong won the 100 back (53.95) and swam on the victorious 200 medley relay (1:39.14) and 400 free relay teams (3:17.61). The next day at Hartwick, a 151.5-142.5 win, Richard won the 100 breaststroke (58.89) and 200 breast (2:14.98) while also helping the 400 medley relay team to second (3:36.38) and coming in third in the 200 IM (1:59.39).
