William Smith College sophomore Hannah Wood scored all four goals in the Herons 4-0 semifinal win over Vassar on Wednesday. The four goals match a William Smith single-game record for goals in a game. Her first two goals came off the Herons first two penalty corners of the game. She completed the hat trick, redirecting an Alessandra Patrizio shot into the back of the net. Wood created the fourth goal all by herself dribbling around two defenders at the top of the arc. She has a team-high 28 goals and 62 points this season. Wood had a team-high 10 shots in Saturday's championship game.
