Vassar College senior Heather Ingraham re-established the nation's top time in the 400 this weekend at the ECAC Championships, as she ran a blistering 54.13, which broke her own school record by nearly three-tenths of a second. It was also the seventh fastest time ever recorded in Division III in the 400. Ingraham also set a school record the previous day in the 100 meter dash prelims at the ECAC Championships, running a 12.15. The senior enters the NCAA Championships this weekend as the No. 1 seed in the 400.
