Vassar College senior Heather Ingraham  set another NCAA Division III top time in the 400 meters, running a personal-best and school record 54.43 at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Meet. The time is nearly a half-second faster than the next fastest Division III time this year. She also helped the Brewers 4x100 team to an ECAC qualifying time of 49.52.
