St. Lawrence University freshman Megan Kellogg was named the outstanding rookie in the NYSCTC Championship after winning the 1,500 in 4:35.79 and finishing sixth in the 800. She also ran on the 4x800 relay which ran 9:24, just off the Saint team record.
