The Statesmen Varsity Eight powered by Sam Zuckerman, Austin Letorney, August Wherry, Robert McNamara, Julien Green, Brett Lawhon, Matthew Sylvan, W. Hunter Holtz, and Joe Biesemeyer collected gold medals at the Liberty League Championship on Friday afternoon and helped Hobart secure its 10th consecutive conference title. In the final, the Statesmen crossed the line with a time of 6:29.07, 13.69 seconds ahead of second place RIT.
