RPI junior Jamie Jackson finished first in the field to lead the Engineers to a two-day total of 595 and a victory in the Fred Kravetz Invitational. Jamie finished with 72-74 - 146 for a final score of three-over-par to earn medalist in the 36-player field. For the weekend he had 21 pars and six birdies, finishing three-under on par 5s, a tournament best three-over on par 4s and plus-3 on par 3s.
The Engineers tied the tournament team scoring record after shooting a 294 on the first day and a 301 on day two. The event was played on the par 72, 6792-yard Irondequoit Country Club (Friday) and the par 71, 6781-yard Oak Hill Country Club (Saturday).
