Vassar College senior Heather Ingraham was named as the track performer of the meet this past weekend at the Liberty League Track and Field Championships. Ingraham is undefeated this year in open events and has never lost to a Liberty League opponent in the 400-meter dash. Ingraham won her fourth title in a row, breaking her own meet record in the process. Ingraham clocked a time of 55.13 seconds, which also breaks her own school record and improves her top time in Division III this season. Ingraham also captured the 200-meter dash title, posting a personal-best time of 25.53 in the process. That time is currently the 30th fastest in the nation. Ingraham also helped the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays score a combined 18 points between them. The 4x400 team placed first, breaking the Brewers' own championship record with a time of 3:59.04. This is the fourth consecutive year that Vassar has claimed the Liberty League title in the 4x400.
