Vassar College senior Heather Ingraham continued to show that she is one of the top Division III women's runners Friday night at the Silfen Invitational Elite Portion, as she won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:11.81. Her time is second-best time in the ECAC, and the third-best time in all of Division III in the 800 meters. She followed that up on Saturday at the full Silfen Invite helping Vassar's 4x400 meter relay finish second with a time of 4:04.04.
