Vassar College senior Heather Ingraham competed in both the 100- and 400-meter dashes at the 2015 Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, hosted by Coastal Carolina University. In the 100, she tied the Vassar College school record with a 12.55, setting a collegiate best for Ingraham, as she placed 27th overall. In the 400, the reigning All-American won the event, defeating runners from Purdue, Clemson and Dartmouth in posting a national-best time of 55.92.
