St. Lawrence University senior Cassia Hameline won the mile in 5:08.85 to start the day on Saturday and came back later in the day to win the 3,000 meters in 10:17.67 at the NYSCTC Championships. She also anchored the Saints' Distance Medley Relay team which won in 12:13.13, helping St. Lawrence to a second place finish in the meet.
