Vassar College freshman Jonah Strand notched three individual event victories at SUNY-New Paltz on Saturday, as he swam to a career-best 2:19.54 in the 200 yard breaststroke. The freshman also took wins in the 100 yard breaststroke (1:04.70) and 400 individual medley at 4:35.42.
