St. Lawrence University freshman setter Katie Kull became the Saints' primary setter after an injury to a senior captain, and the Victor, N.Y. native was outstanding. Kull stepped in against Union and helped the Saints to a dramatic five-set come-from-behind win to clinch the No. 2 seed in the upcoming conference tournament. She had 83 assists total in five matches (4.88/set) and 36 digs (2.12) while adding two service aces.
