William Smith College sophomore Kara Shue led the Herons with eight points in a 2-0-0 weekend. She scored what proved to be the game-winning goal and added an assist in a 4-0 victory over Fredonia on Saturday. On Sunday in a 8-0 win over Pitt-Bradford, Shue notched a goal and three assists. Her three assists were the most by a Heron in a game since Johanna Murphy logged three assists against Clarkson on Sept. 24, 2005. Shue leads William Smith with nine points and five assists this season. She leads the Liberty League in assists and shares second in points.
