St. Lawrence senior Tom Luchars finished 5-0 at the Ithaca College Invitational last weekend, conceding only two games through three singles wins. He earned two shutout (6-0, 6-0) victories, while also picking up a 6-1, 6-1 win over Ithaca's Charlie Vaca. In doubles, he and partner Elliot Solandt were 2-0, cruising to an 8-2 win in the first match against Elmira pair, before battling to a 9-8 (7-6) win over Ithaca's Wes Davis and Jack Melhorn.
