The St. Lawrence varsity 8+ defeated Hamilton College in the annual Houlihan Cup race on Saturday in Rome, NY. The Saints hung on to top the Continentals by less than two seconds with a time of 6:14.61. The winning 8+ was comprised of Evan Pierce, Francis Stripp, Travis Galowski, Alec Durkin, Ted Marr, Jack Riordan, Andy Caswell, Kyle Benzing and coxswain Lauren Ward.
