St. Lawrence University senior Amy Cymerman recorded a first-place finish in the 5,000-meter event at the Bucknell Invitational with a time of 16:47.65, besting 99 runners in a largely DI and DII field. Cymerman is the first St. Lawrence runner ever to win an event at Bucknell. Her time currently ranks her second on the NCAA Division III performance list in the 5,000-meter this spring. Her winning time is a St. Lawrence school record, breaking Wendy Pavlus's outdoor mark by nearly 17 seconds.
