Hobart's top boat finished 11th out of 40 crews in the collegiate eights event at the prestigious Head of the Charles. The Statesmen covered the 5,000-meter course in 15:45.85, trailing 10th place Boston College by just 1.28 seconds. Hobart was the fastest New York State entry, finishing ahead of Marist, Army, Colgate, and St. Lawrence. The Hobart boat was powered by Jessica Dinan, Coty Burgess, Robert McNamara, W. Hunter Holtz, Harald Zurakowski, Owen Monahan, Alex Kent, Joe Biesemeyer, and Reid Johnson.
