St. Lawrence University junior midfielder Sam DeMello was the MVP of the Lotto Tournament, leading the host Saints to their eighth title in nine years. DeMello scored the winning goal and assisted on another in a 3-2 win over Oneonta State and set up the game winner in a 1-0 win over Eastern Connecticut.
