In the season opening meet, the Bowdoin January Invitational, RPI senior Grace Tilton won the only event she entered, posting a time of 3:00.3 in the 1000 meter run. The Engineers finished second in the meet with 163 points, which trailed Bowdoin (246) and bested Conn. College (107).
