At Cortland on Friday, she had nine points and a season-high matching four rebounds. Against Rochester on Sunday, Patterson chipped in two points, three boards, a team-high four assists, and two steals. The Herons beat the Yellowjackets 74-69 for their first win over UR since 2000. Patterson shot .429 from the floor, .333 from 3-point range, and .727 from the free throw line for the week.
