RPI senior Grace Tilton broke her own course record and won the NCAA Atlantic Regional with a time of 21:07.0, besting the 269-runner field to win the individual championship (21:07.0) and qualify for the NCAA Championship Meet. Tilton broke the 6-kilometer course record time she previously set last month during the Geneseo Invitational (Oct. 5) by over 40 seconds.
