RIT senior Marquis Moore broke a 28-year old record in the long jump at the inaugural Cardinal Classic hosted by St. John Fisher on Saturday. Moore crushed the previous school record in the long jump, set by John Rowles in 1985 in winning the event on Saturday. Moore's leap of 7.31 meters surpassed the previous RIT record of 7.14 meters and is currently the sixth best jump in Division III this season.
