Hobart College first-year linebacker MJ Wells had at least five tackles, including one for loss, and a fumble recovery as the Statesmen shut out St. Lawrence 41-0. It's the second time in four years that Hobart has held the Saints scoreless and 13th time in 97 all-time meetings. Wells and his teammates limited SLU to 184 yards of offense. It was Hobart's 15th consecutive win over St. Lawrence.
