William Smith College first-year Evie Morris ran her fastest collegiate 6-kilometer race, finishing 13th overall in the Houghton Highlander Invitational. The first Heron across the finish line, she posted a time of 23:33.0, more than 25 seconds better than her previous best 6K time. Morris led the Herons to a sixth-place finish in the team standings.
