RPI senior Tsubasa Okada put together an unbeaten run through the "A" singles bracket at the Union Garnet Charger Invitational. He opened the tournament with an 8-3 victory in the quarterfinals against St. Lawrence's Josh David before advancing through a tightly contested semifinal, 8-7 (7-3), versus Maxim Golubenko of Trinity (Conn.). He completed the weekend by defeating Trinity's Luca Garbiti, 8-7 (7-3), in the championship match for a 3-0 mark on the weekend and the singles title.
