William Smith College first-year midfielder Grace Sudbay notched her first collegiate goal on Saturday, helping the Herons knock off No. 21 Carnegie Mellon on Cozzens Field. Sudbay opened the scoring in the first half, intercepting a clearing pass and firing a shot into the upper left corner of the cage. Sudbay has started three of her first four collegiate games in the midfield. She has a goal and an assist this season.
