William Smith College midfielder Delaney Cassidy led the Herons with three caused turnovers and three ground balls in a NCAA tournament game against No. 20 Williams on Sunday. She also had two draw controls and added a goal and an assist against the Ephs. In the closing 90 seconds of the game, Cassidy had a caused turnover scooped up a ground ball, scored and then won the ensuing draw as the Herons pushed for the equalizer but came up one goal short. Cassidy started 18 games this season. She had a career-high 22 goals, seven assists, 29 points and 23 caused turnovers.
