In the third race of the day among five boats, the Ithaca Varsity 8+ quickly established control, pulling away early as the Bombers clocked the best time of the day at 6:23.50 at the 2026 Liberty League Rowing Championships. With the victory in the V8+, they claimed their third straight Liberty League title. It was a sweep for Ithaca as they also won the Second Varsity 8+ and Open 4+ races.
