University of Rochester junior Aimee Oszer was voted as the Field Performer of the Meet for the Liberty League Outdoor Championship over the weekend, securing two wins and three podium finishes in the throwing events for the Yellowjackets. The junior won the shot put with a Rochester record mark of 13.54 meters and also won the discus with a 42.30 meter toss. Her hammer throw mark of 42.98 meters was a career-best as well, ranking eighth in the field. Overall, Oszer now ranks 18th in Division III in the shot put with her winning effort from the weekend, with her shot put and discus throws qualifying for the AARTFC meet.
