University of Rochester senior Molly Broccolo picked up three of the team's four wins over the weekend posting a 0.54 ERA across 13 innings. Broccolo combined on two shutouts, allowed 13 hits and just two runs (one earned) along with three walks, while striking out 10 batters in her outings. Opponents hit .250 against the right-hander who improved to 8-4 overall on the year. On Sunday in a sweep of SLU, Broccolo pitched a combined eight innings over the two games, did not allow a run, struck out nine and surrendered just three hits in each contest.
