Ithaca College graduate student Lily Seyfert finished first in the shot put with a heave of 13.96 meters and was second in the discus at 37.28 meters. Seyfert also took second in the hammer throw at 45.93 meters at the Jopson Invitational in Bridgewater, Va. She currently ranks third nationally in the shot put and is among the top 50 in the hammer.
