William Smtih College goalie Casey Fiore was 2-1 in goal for the Herons in three games this past week. She finished the weekend with a 7.30 goals against average and a .553 save percentage. In the Herons' lone loss of the week to fourth-ranked Salisbury she made a season-high 11 saves. Fiore and the Herons rebounded in a big way against Clarkson on Friday. Fiore stopped all seven shots she faced and anchored the Herons' defense to their first shutout since 2019. On Saturday against St. Lawrence, she made eight saves, guiding the Herons to a 13-4 victory and a 2-0 mark in league play. Fiore is 7-1 with a 6.85 GAA and a .480 save percentage this season.
