NYU first-year Tanmay Chandra scored 210 (-6) over three rounds to take first place at the Indian Mound Men Individual Invitational. This event featured 25 individuals who were not competing as part of the Jekyll Island Invitational team event. Chandra shot two rounds of  69 (-3) and one of 72, even par. He finished seven strokes ahead of the second-place finisher Rochester's Josh Pethel (217, +1).
