Hobart College first-year player Michael Georgelis helped the Statesmen to back-to-back sweeps of Farmingdale State and Drew to move to 3-0 on the season. Georgelis went 2-0 in singles play over the weekend, improving to 3-0 in dual-match play this spring. He opened the weekend with a 6-0, 6-3 win over Farmingdale State's Kwaku Agyeman in the No. 2 spot and then followed that up with a dominant 6-0, 6-0 win over Drew's Nicolas Mobayed in the No. 3 spot.
