Vassar College junior guard Shea Fitzgerald earned the Liberty League Championship's Most Outstanding Performer en route to the program's second-ever league title, as he averaged 20 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists over three tournament games. Fitzgerald posted 18 points (13-for-13 FT), eight rebounds and an assist in the First Round win over Skidmore before going on the road and defeating Union where he posted 28 points (7-for-14 FG, 6-for-8 3-PT, 8-for-9 FT), seven rebounds, three steals and two assists. Fitzgerald closed the three-game stretch with 14 points, five rebounds and two assists in the title game 57-53 victory over RPI on Sunday.
