The RIT first doubles team of sophomores Yu Tanimoto and Alexander Sinclair posted a 2-0 record in matches at No. 24 Christopher Newport and No. 34 Averett. Friday, the duo defeated Nesh Kumaresan and Gabe Smith 6-4 in the Tigers' 5-2 loss to CNU. Tanimoto and Sinclair beat Lucas Fiandra and Alex Rudy 6-2 in RIT's 4-3 win over Averett.
