St. Lawrence University senior Nick Lyndaker delivered a historic, career-defining performance this past Friday at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational. Competing in a high-caliber field dominated by Division I runners, Lyndaker shattered the elusive four-minute mile barrier with a remarkable time of 3:59.42. This performance not only broke his own school record but also set a Liberty League record. His time currently stands as the fifth-fastest mile in NCAA Division III history.
