William Smith College senior Jada Smith-Padmore was 2-1 in the No. 1 spot for the Herons last week. Against Haverford, she beat Joelle Phuah, 3-0 (11-4, 11-7, 11-8). Later in the day, Smith-Padmore rallied to beat Vassar's Charlotte Tobin, 3-1 (9-11, 11-7, 12-10, 11-4). She also dropped a match at No.1 against Dickinson's Anabel Romero Gemmell.
