Ithaca College graduate student Lily Seyfert won the shot put and improved upon her best mark of the year with a heave of 13.86 meters at the Bomber Invitational on Saturday. That mark moved her up to sixth on the Division III performance list. Seyfert also placed third in the weight throw at 15.44 meters.
